Shipping policy

  1. We currently ship Worldwide using DHL International.
  2. We use Courier Please for all standard shipping within Australia.
  3. We always endeavour to process, pack and ship your order as fast as we can. During high traffic times (including but not limited to Christmas and Mothers’ Day), shipping may take longer than usual.   4. Your Goods will be delivered to the address you provide through our third party courier service aggregator Sendle. Sendle will provide tracking information. We accept no responsibility for any act or omission of Sendle or any services procured through Sendle including where such act or omission causes delay, damage or destruction to the Goods. Please refer to Sendle with any enquiries or complaints arising with shipping. 

  5. Free shipping is standard shipping using the right courier or postage services for your package. Prices for express shipping differ for metro and regional areas, and those prices are displayed on this Website. 

  6. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by Biglittlethings.

  7. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
