THE biglittleCLUB Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in THE biglittleCLUB Loyalty Program ("Program"), offered by biglittlethings studio pty ltd ("biglittlethings.store or biglittlethings."). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Membership Eligibility:
- Membership in THE biglittleCLUB is open to everyone and anyone.
- To join, simply sign up or create an account on biglittlethings.store. Existing members must complete their account by creating an account via THE biglittleCLUB widget using the existing email they receive biglittlethings emails from.
- Membership Tiers:
- Entry Level: biglittlefriend
- Intermediate Level: biglittlebestie
- Ultimate Level: biglittleVIP
- Tier Eligibility and Benefits:
- biglittlefriend: No minimum spend required. Awarded to new members or those with a total lifetime spend of less than $500.
- biglittlebestie: Requires a total lifetime spend between $500 - $1499.99.
- biglittleVIP: Requires a total lifetime spend of over $1500.
- Earning biglittlerewards:
- Members can earn biglittlerewards by referring others through the Refer A Mama program or by leaving product and experience reviews through the Leave A Review program.
- Redeeming biglittlerewards:
- Accumulated biglittlerewards can be redeemed for vouchers to use on purchases at biglittlethings.store.
- Redemption options vary by tier, with specific discounts detailed as follows:
- biglittlefriend Rewards:
- $30 off with 300 biglittlerewards.
- $20 off with 200 biglittlerewards.
- $10 off with 100 biglittlerewards.
- $5 off with 50 biglittlerewards.
- biglittlebestie Rewards:
- $35 off with 300 biglittlerewards.
- $25 off with 200 biglittlerewards.
- $15 off with 100 biglittlerewards.
- $10 off with 50 biglittlerewards.
- biglittleVIP Rewards:
- $40 off with 300 biglittlerewards.
- $30 off with 200 biglittlerewards.
- $20 off with 100 biglittlerewards.
- $15 off with 50 biglittlerewards.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with other offers except for free shipping for biglittleVIP members.
- biglittlerewards Expiration:
- biglittlerewards balances are valid for one year from the date of accrual. Balances reset after one year.
- Tier status is determined by the lifetime spend, ensuring that you never expire out of your tier level.
- Participation Restrictions:
- To participate, members must complete their account profile, remain subscribed to marketing emails, and not unsubscribe.
- Account Termination:
- Accounts may be terminated if a member unsubscribes or requests removal from THE biglittleCLUB.
- Refunds or returns affect tier status only if the total lifetime spend drops below the tier's spending guidelines.
- Privacy and Data Handling:
- Member data and personal information are handled according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found [here](#link).
- Specific Offer Terms:
- Offers, including gift with purchases, sales, discounts, and the annual Spend & Save, are specific to each tier and are communicated via email.
- Terms and conditions for each offer will be provided at the time of the email.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- biglittlethings studio pty ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
- Offer Restrictions:
- biglittlerewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Any additional terms and conditions for offers will be outlined separately.
