Leave A Review Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Leave A Review" action ("Program"), offered by biglittlethings studio pty ltd ("biglittlethings.store or biglittlethings."). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Program Overview:
- The Leave A Review Program allows members of THE biglittleCLUB to leave product reviews on items purchased at biglittlethings.store and earn rewards for each review.
- Eligibility:
- Participation in the Leave A Review Program is open to all members of THE biglittleCLUB. As long as they have made a purchase of products they are reviewing via biglittlethings.store
- Earning Rewards:
- Members can earn 50 biglittlerewards for each product review they leave on items purchased from biglittlethings.store.
- The review must meet specific criteria to be considered valid and eligible for rewards.
- You can only submit 2 review per week.
- Review Criteria:
- To be eligible for rewards, reviews must:
- Be a minimum of 25 characters in length.
- Be genuine and based on the member's personal experience with the product or their shopping experience at biglittlethings.store.
- Be free from any inappropriate or offensive content, including but not limited to fake, sexually explicit, abusive, racist, homophobic, or spam content.
- Review Process:
- Members can leave reviews by accessing the review submission process through their account on biglittlethings.store.
- Members will receive a notification via email to leave a review once they have received their order.
- Use of Rewards:
- Earned biglittlerewards for leaving reviews can be redeemed for vouchers to use on purchases at biglittlethings.store.
- Members can use their biglittlerewards balance to redeem vouchers as outlined in THE biglittleCLUB Terms and Conditions.
- Reward Expiration:
- biglittlerewards earned through the Leave A Review Program are subject to the same expiration policy as outlined in THE biglittleCLUB Terms and Conditions.
- Program Restrictions:
- Reviews must meet the specified criteria outlined in these Terms to qualify for rewards.
- The Program is intended for genuine and honest reviews only. Members found engaging in fraudulent or abusive review practices may have their participation revoked.
- Termination and Changes:
- biglittlethings studio pty ltd reserves the right to terminate or modify the Leave A Review Program at any time.
- Termination or modification will be communicated to members via email or THE biglittleCLUB dashboard.
